EEI or Essential Elements of Instruction is a twenty four hour course  which is based on a large part on Madeline Hunter's Mastery Teaching book. EEI is designed to increase a teacher's effectiveness in the classroom. EEI provides teachers with a decision making framework to improve instruction in the classroom.  This EEI website will provide practical suggestions on each of the various EEI topics. You can also access various slide shows which are presented during the course.
