Begin with the end in mind.

A successful objective is a description of a student at the end of a lesson.

An objective has four parts:

Objective Outline

Use this to plan your objective

1. Condition (Under what conditions will the objectives will be learned?)

2. Learning

    a. Specific Content

    b. Level of Complexity/Bloom's Taxonomy

3. Behavior (Must be congruent to the level of Bloom's listed in your learning.

Also it must overt and measurable!)

4. Performance Level (What is the degree of mastery expected?)
